Horrible horrible office staff! Rude does not begin to cover it! I called the office to make an appointment after first inquiring if my insurance was accepted. The woman I spoke to assured me it was, told me what I needed from my PCP, and said I could come in the same day to fill out the new patient paperwork and then my appointment would be scheduled. I made the time in my schedule to go do just that. I gave the woman I spoke to my insurance and ID while she gave me the paperwork to fill out. I was halfway finished when, who I am assuming is the office manager, very rudely called me to the window, shoved the cards in my face and said "we no take this insurance." I asked "Why was I told on the phone that you do?" She got extremely rude with me and accused me of being a liar. That is no way to do business! Doctors need to remember they are running a service business. We are customers above all and will take our business elsewhere.
