Dr. Pineless was rude and condescending. He showed little concern for the patient’s problems and offered no care. His office required full private pay up front because I am sure that no one would pay the bill after seeing him. He refused to answer questions and walked out of the room when he decided that he was no longer interested in me. I had already been through a very bad experience with healthcare and Dr Pineless showed me that all doctors will stick together regardless of how many patients get tragically harmed

I've been a Neurocare patient for almost 20 years. Dr. Pineless and his staff, have always treated me with kindness and respect. The office is run professionally; my calls are returned promptly, appointments always run on time and any paperwork required by my insurance co is quickly addressed. Best of all, I'm treated as a person, not just a number. I know my treatment plan is the right one for me as Dr. Pineless genuinely listens to any concerns I may have, and answers my questions clearly. I'm very happy I was referred to Dr. Pineless; he has helped me so much and I know I'm getting the best care possible. I have highly recommended Dr. Pineless to friends and acquaintances in the past and I will continue to do so.

After not being able to find out why my right eye was sore, I was directed to see Dr Pineless. My first visit was great he made me feel as if he was competent. He was very nice. On my second visit, I saw "Dr" Glenn, well he is not a doctor, he is a Physician's Assistant. I drove 30 minutes in morning traffic and rain to sit for another 30 minutes b/c he was not there. (Dr Pineless was on a 2 week vacation) When Glenn finally arrived, he seemed baffled about my visit. They did not send my labs to their neuroradiologist. They did not have my file ready, he asked the same questions from the first visit, and then he informed me that they had no new info about my issue. As I walked out of the door he called me back to do a blood pressure test (I'm sure it was to bill my insurance) and then told me I would still be responsible for my copay! The next visit I saw Dr Pineless - after getting my 4th MRI in 90 days. He said he didn't know, but it sounded like a migraine and he "THINKS" that I have MS. He gave me a booklet and told me read about the drug treatment. He never told me what MS was, how it could effect me, or other options. He said that he wanted me to start treatment after I got back into the country in two weeks. I was very disappointed he never said that he saw my scans, never gave me additional info...just sent me off into the world with the internet and scary stories. Oh forgot to tell you...I have no symptoms of MS. I just had a sore eyeball (inflamed optic nerve) that led to my vision fading in (which went away after a week). I will revisit his diagnosis with another doctor, but I don't believe that there is anything wrong with me. There is so much more that u could rag on, like their billing process, their customer service when you call, and their friendliness, but I have typed enough. Trust me when I say, "research and see another Doctor, this office is not worth the time, money, frustration, and anger." I learned the hard way.
