As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are so kind and caring, and they wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They keep the restrooms well-stocked and clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Dr. Marrero's staff is always courteous and efficient. Dr. Marrero makes me feel as if I am his only patient and I never feel "shortchanged" on his time. My questions are answered in full and he reviews my history each and every visit to make sure everything is up to date. I have been able to be seen on short notice without an appointment as he happily accepts walk-in patients as well. I have always received a call back on my diagnostics in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this physician for any age patient.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist.
