Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
