Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. This is the only dermatologist we would ever consider using. Dr. Mammino is the best! He makes his patients feel comfortable and discusses the procedure thoroughly beforehand. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I thought it was weird how unfriendly they were. I didn't feel welcomed at all.

I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
