Dr. Dillehay was very kind and attentive to me. I was sick with allergies and a terrible cough and he was very helpful. He prescribed the medicine I needed and I was better soon. His staff is very friendly and professional.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
