They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

A few, but not too many

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
