I was hoping I will find online Dr. Hamilton’s email address, so I can send this message to him. This evening I stopped by his office to schedule an emergency appointment because unexpectedly today at work one toot fell out. I seldom go to the dentist because I do not have dental problems, and when I go, I go to Dr. Hamilton. I meet Dr. Hamilton long time ago when a friend of mine who worked at Ralph’s supermarket recommended me to Dr. Hamilton. Ruth, my friend passed away due to a diabetic complication, and all the time when I went back to Dr. Hamilton office, we discussed about Ruth.
Dr. Hamilton is a very good dentist, very polite and caring person. His dental team is also amazing, and I wish this night I could schedule an appointment so I can fix my dental problem.
Unfortunately, I have to schedule this appointment with a different doctor because of his front desk office manager Cathleen. I’ve been to Dr. Hamilton's office in several occasions, but did not notice until now, how rude and arrogant Cathleen could be. She told me that Dr. Hamilton schedule is full until next year, and he cannot make any exception to fix my emergency, because I supposed to come to his office often, if I want to be considered for an appointment. She told me that I do not have even a chart, when actually I do have one with Dr. Hamilton. Because I was insisting to schedule an appointment she raised her voice, and told me to go to a different doctor, and she left on the back office.
I believe that there is no such thing like irreplaceable, and that sometimes a change in personal can bring more patients, and keep Dr. Hamilton’s Office a good reputation.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

No, but they said they were going to!
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
Besides the office manager(Kathleen) every one in the office was friendly. She was rude and compleley out of line with me on the phone and in person. It's a shame someone like that is the first one you see when you walk through the doors! Because of this office manager , we are looking for a new dentist.
