They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
