I attempted to make an appointment but was blocked by the rude front office staff. I explained that I had very complicated medical issues and would require a two types of appointments. I would like them on the same day since my military husband was having to take a day off of work to care for our children (it is against office policy to have kids in the office). She said my insurance wouldn't pay because the appointments would be on the same day. I said I would be responsibe for working the details out with the insurance to guarantee payment in writing before the visit. The older woman who was taking my call continued to cut me off and talk over me. I could barely get a word in. She would hear nothing I had to say. I finally said I would find another doctor in the area because she were being very unaccomodating. After my experience, I decided I would like to share my experience in attempting to make an appointment and my unprofessional, rude treatmentment on the phone. When I called back, the same woman answered my call. I asked if the doctor could please call me back. She said she would not. I said I would be sharing my experiences on line. The woman on the phone said, "HAVE AT IT!". Wow!!! That experience enough was enough for me to take my OBGYN care to another provider where I don't have to take this type of abuse before I even enter the front door. Contacted my primary care doctor and they were happy to take care of my needs.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

A very comfortable visit. She answered all my questions no matter how weird. She was familiar with all the birth controls I asked about. She was very thorough in having a follow up appointment regarding IUD. Note, they have a sign posted not to wear strong perfumes due to allergies in the office.
