I went into this office with a questionable area on my skin. It was immediately biopsied with no discussion of what it could be. When I returned to learn the results of the biopsy and to have the wound checked, I was told that the lab results showed psoriasis but the PA (I NEVER saw the doctor) believed it to be eczema. Why was I not treated for those before the biopsy? To make it more insulting, he (without my consent) called in a prescription to my pharmacy. I have no use for this prescription as the area has been removed and only a healing scar remains. And I was charged for a office visit because I was "treated" for eczema or psoriasis. He said that the good news was that both have the same treatment. I'd say the good news is that I have neither.

Dr. Beals saved my life. At 30 he diagnosed me with cancer. I have had 15 other proceudres and have been very satisfied with my care, and his staff. He spends all the time I need with him, and he makes time whenever I have quesitons. His staff is very kind, and I don't have to wait very long for my appointments.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. Dr. Beals bedside manner was crude and inappropriate in my case

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
