Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
