I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
