The doctors there were nice but the receptionist was not friendly. She kept on saying on her roster my daughter's last name is different while on the insurance card and in my insurance's system the name is correct! She wouldn't even want to call my insurance company to check only because she said she's busy. So I ended up having to call my insurance company at the clinic and pass the phone to the receptionist lady and had my insurance agent talk to her.
