They ignored my questions. Their staff was not friendly at all, ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANAGER Christina! SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. We are trying to get braces for our daughter and we were referred by the insurance company. We have already paid half of the co-pay and Christina is trying to charge us as if we are cash paying. Because the contract they entered into with are insurance company she doesn't like. So she is trying to charge us our co-pay, plus insurance company, plus a additional 3900... Please look at what your insurance company covers. Because this lady will RIP YOU OFF! So now she is trying to breech the contract because my husband n I refuse to be duped by her!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been a patient there for at least 13years and refer family and friends frequently. Dr. "G." & Staff Rocks!

I have a dental condition that will require extensive work. Because I could not go ahead with the more extensive/expensive procedure, when they finished with the exam and cleaning I was sent to get x-rays without rinsing out my mouth with quite a bit of blood.
