No. It took me several times to get through.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Dr. Montes cancelled my appointment to go on a vacation right before I was to leave town for work on a month long gig. This left me with no refill options on a drug that you cannot simply stop taking all at once without withdrawal symptoms. I tried for 2 weeks just to get anyone to speak to me on the phone leading up to my medication running out and when I finally did get through they tell me to go to the emergency room for any symptoms of withdrawal. The case manager concerning refills never answers the phone and her mailbox is always full. Like I said, it took me 2 weeks to get in touch with anyone who would even speak to me. No one ever returned my calls concerning these issues. I never leave negative reviews and I don't want to leave this one but Dr. Montes has caused me more anxiety than they have helped with. I hope that others have better experiences.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I've already started recommending them to people I know. They did such a great job. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They paid very close attention to me the entire time I was there and all of my questions were answered. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their entire office was immaculate. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. I noticed their credentials displayed on the wall as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me more comfortable and confident that I was seeing someone who was very qualified.
