They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
