They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They showed me a 3D model of how my teeth should look after the braces, so I have a good idea of what the results will be. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
