The receptionist is always brusk and unfriendly and seems angry all the time.

Other staff is very good. They are very responsive, but when the office is not open, not even an answering service is available. I am generally very satisfied with my visits, even though I usually only see a PA or nurse practitioner most of the time there now. They are very helpful and skilled.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Dr. Fox is one of the best Dr.s in the area, absolutely brilliant, because of that I put up with the receptionist. I want Dr. Fox as my primary care physician if something serious happens to me.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
