I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
