There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.
