I had a very bad experience with this Scottsdale Endo dentist
Kenneth D. Tyler.

He Broke-off / Cracked (2) instruments( files) in my tooth ! The on-going pain. These instruments are in my canals (roots) of my tooth forever. This dentist cause me more Pain, not to mention the suffering.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST !!
