I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of not being able to get an appointment for several weeks. Every time I have a concern, or if I call to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Dr. Levitt is uncaring and interested in bilking the system instead of treating patients. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back from him. It's extremely frustrating, especially being in so much pain which he is not treating. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I've been through. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Waited an hour and spent 15 min with the doctor. He spent the entire time talking and nearly zero time listening. Lots of ego, terrible bedside manner. Interrupted my appointment to discuss with his contractor about his office renovation!!!

And the front desk staff were really rude.

Doctor came in with a diagnosis (that included buying product off him) before looking at me or the problem. Did not do anything to see what could be going on.
