Most of the time this group and their "system" of using one dentist for multiple chairs/patients works, but should an emergency occur, or a tech not show up for work, then you will be left waiting (sometimes mid-procedure) for hours without explanation or apology. This has happened to me on more than one occasion and it makes me angry....customer service IS part of the service....but they don't seem to be able to accomplish this when their system is stressed.

Just a warning,The Office staff and appt. scheduler do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Love the dentist but the office staff is so frustrating i want to change.
