Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been a patient here for years and I just walked into my appointment 5 minutes late and was told I needed to reschedule bc I was late. I said I was sorry and that I had just came from work but that wasn't enough. I have never had this happen to me with any doctor of any profession, ever. So then I asked to speak to my dentist and was told that he was busy and couldn't see me. So I said he's too busy to see his patient he just had an appointment with?? And the receptionist's simple reply was yes. So I said I'd find another dentist for me and my girlfriend and with no hesitation she said ok. No concern at all they were losing two patients. This seemed odd and I figured they were over booked with patients in general so I called my insurance agent. KEEP READING, THIS IS THE BEST PART!!!

He told me that J&J has been actively trying to get rid of patients with my insurance bc THEY DON"T GET PAID ENOUGH. That's right, I was rudely turned away after being a patient there for years bc I wasn't bringing them enough money. Do not go to this dentist and support this type of money hungry greed. The patient does not matter to this dentist, money does!!!
