I was a patient here many, many years. Sadly, I walked out before my last appointment and will not be back.

As I was waiting 40 minutes for a simple visit (no other patients coming or going the entire time), I watched as her office worker was cancelling an appointment for someone later that day claiming the Dr. was sick. Realized that it was the same excuse I was given 3 weeks previous for a cancelled appointment. And THAT appointment was a reschedule for the first one they gave away because I didn't respond to a voice message the day before (even though I had called and confirmed 2 weeks before).

The office now smells and is dirty. Office staff is unfriendly. Not the same service as when I began going to her. Shopping for a new dentist!

This office is run very unproffesionally. I was given information only to be told something totally different later. She is constantly rescheduling appointments. It's very upsetting. She's quite rude and abrupt. I did not feel at all comfortable there.

WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Dr. Shannon G. Wright is always late. She is on a number of medications anti depressants to pain pill A.D.D medication. She is also known for canceling your appointment with out any notice. Was given valium and just received my shot then turned around and she left saying she just couldn't work to day. She needs the ADA to come in there and pull her license to practice. The office is run down out dated and dirty. I had hear from other to stay away from this place now I know why and should have known better. Have seen her out drinking and smoking and have heard she does other drugs. Do your own online home work you see she is someone to avoid.
