Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The office was easy enough to find.

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. First there was hours long wait due to twins and a single baby being born, then when we got in and were waiting I heard the nurses and front desk staff gossiping that my daughter had scabies, Which she did not. Then the doctor was convinced that it was a milk allergy and suggested that I stop breastfeeding and put her on formula... the formula has MILK in it, even though it was nutramigen. What she failed to know was that if she even was allergic then she was allergic to the cows milk that I was drinking, not my milk. So if I stop drinking milk and eating milk products the symptoms would improve. This was an on call pediatrician and I am glad they aren't my regular as the allergist and my regular pediatrician agreed with me. They both said they would of never of suggested something as drastic as that.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
