It takes three visits for a proper diagnosis of a common condition. I go in and out and feel that I did not get any answers. The staff are very unprofessional and very rude. They are always in a rush to get rid of you.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

No, I was always attended to

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

No, they made everyone sit together

They didn't have much
