I was seeing another doctor for other reasons. I had an opiate relapse, and came clean after being dishonest at first. The doc I was seeing did not prescribe the medicine that I needed. Initially, he wanted me to detox inpatient, but this is not possible for various reasons. I asked him for a referral and he call Dr. Jaziri. He saw me the same day, and was able to prescribe what I needed.

Dr. Jaziri spends very little time with patients even during the initial visit which was set up for an hour he saw my daughter for approximately 5 minutes she spend the rest of the time in the room alone wondering what was going on. When he talked to me he asked two or three questions then ushered me out of the room. In his 5 minute diagnosis of my child he decide to prescribed another medicine and said see you in a week. The return visits lasted less than 2 minutes each. On her third to last visit we waited for almost an hour in an empty waiting room when she went in once again less than 2 minutes. Her second to last visit she went in with some concerns and was told by him if not better in a week she will get another prescription. The last visit was to drop off a release form to her new doctor. The times that we were there it seemed that the patients were ushered in and when they came out they had one or two prescriptions in hand. Never once did I see a patient stay in his office more than 2 minutes. I woud not recommend him to anyone trying to get their mental health in order because he is not the answer, I am going to send feed back to my insurance companies to try and get hm removed from their lists of approved providers.

Dr. Jaziri runs his office like an assembly line. I've been going there for several years and I'm neither a drug addict nor am I mentally ill. I am an educated professional with good health insurance who has had some depression after going through a few personal tragedies. Jaziri often tries to talk down to me in a "there, there, you silly patient" kind of way. If I ask him questions about why he is prescribing something or why he won't write a refill on the RX, he makes up answers (which change each time) or becomes aggitated that you DARE to question him. He has given me the "latest" drug in the past simply because he gets kick-backs from the pharm reps/pharm companies for prescribing it! The truth is, he doesn't even speak to me during "office visits"; he simply writes the prescription as I sit there in silence. Every time, he tries to write "no refills" on the RX paper and I have to remind him to write a refill. Then, he writes only one refill. Other doctors have given me 2-4 refills and want to see me only every 3-4 months for a follow-up visit. Why do YOU suppose he wants to see me every 4 weeks? Hmmmm. Do you have any idea how much he charges your insurance company for an "office visit"? The "office visit", for me, is never more than 3 minutes. Sometimes, I'm waiting to be seen for 30 minutes, however. And when he opens the door to see the next patient, there's no one with him! Why am I waiting for 30 minutes? What was he doing back there? I've been meaning to find a new psychiatrist, but the location of his office is convenient. (My old doctor was much further away). Shame on me; I need to leave Jaziri and go somewhere where I'll be treated like a person rather than a means to an end (the end being money)! I would NOT recommend Jaziri to anyone with an ounce of self-worth, dignity and the desire for things to be done the right way. It saddens me that some of his patients are unable to see through him. Maybe that's why he chose psychiatry. It's certainly NOT because he has compassion for those who are suffering with depression, anxiety or psychiatric disorders.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
