Friendly professional, and caring. So glad I went to this dentist. Dr. Arron Bratton took the time to explain everything he did and why he was doing it, and made sure I was comfortable. The staff was super nice. This was my first visit and they made me feel like I have been going there for years.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

If you are looking for a dentist that is ethical, thorough, gentle, and trustworthy, Dr. Bratton is excellent. I drive from out of town to see him and would never go to anyone else. He is great! I don't question whether or not his diagnosis is correct-- His years of experience are evident!
