They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
