Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I've always appreciated how great they are about getting back to me right away. Whenever I call I always hear back from them within a couple of days. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I loved how quickly I was able to get in to see them. I scheduled my appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Dr. Jeffrey Klugman seemed concerned with my mental health until he discharged me without notice. I received a letter about my discharge having already occurred. I wish Dr. Klugman had the professionalism to talk to me about any issues of concern at least once before discharging me.

There are many psychiatrists available for each insurance plan. Please think twice about seeing Dr. Klugman, because I wish someone had told me that before I made the mistake of doing so. I wish I knew that failing to make an appointment with a doctor who's often on vacation and hard to pin down would result in blunt discharge.

Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early and they were still ready to see me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was clean enough, but it was still a little old looking.
