The staff was very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions. It was nice to be able to talk to an experienced staff that could give detailed insight to each procedure. They were patient and allowed me to make an informed decision as to what direction I would need to take to get the results that I desired. I have other family members that went to other facilities that are not as satisfied with their dentures. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. The office is very busy because they offer professional services at a reduced rate without the expense of comfort. I will definitely use them in the future.
