When we first got there you could see it looked dated and semi crowded. There was a wait to get back. Once we went back we could see it was not only dated and worn but, it appeared that is not cleaned well. That was the least of my problem there. I am 5 months pregnant and 18. I am a small framed woman so, I do not show much. I am new to this area. I went into the ER and was referred to Dixeland. When I made the appt I was told I had bring a note from a doctor to be seen, which the Er doc said made no sense why that was needed. When I appeared for my appt at Dixeland, I provided my note. When the doctor saw me he said my note did not say I was pregnant, yes I am not showing much but, I am pregnant. Than he agrued with me and my mom that I was 3 months not 5 months trying to justy not treating my serve tooth pain. He said I could not be treated cause I was pregnant which is not true and could go back to my original state if I wanted treatment pregnant. It would be like running in front of a car, ahhh? Than it was we needed to see a specialist. We finally walked out, he is a very uneductaed rude doctor (Robert Precise) DON'T GO THERE. He more concered about lawsuits than helping pateints.
I was excited about my dentures at first, but the longer I wore them , the more they hurt me, my gums were so raw. I drove 6 hours for an adjustment and they still didn't feel any better .Need less to say , I am not happy with the outcome. The service was amazing but the finished product was just the opposite, . Now I have to pay for another set of denture but I will never use Dixie Dental . ever again
You get what you pay for. People who get it all free are the first to complain. Everyone has always been nice enough to me. These people are very busy and don't have time to listen to your problems. If you don't lie them, go somewhere else.
