Dr Chozick is in my opinion a great surgeon.. he performed successful surgery on my lumbar spine L4 L5 in November 2015..Dr Chozick was concerned with my health and welfare along with his staff..If spine surgery is in your future call this man he is top notch..I suffered for five months in unbelievable pain when I awoke after surgery the pain was almost gone..The pain I did have was minor in comparison ..I'm on the road too a full recovery and I can't thank this Dr enough..Thank's Doc you Rock...
