I have been a patient for over six years. In this time, I've seen at least 8 providers come and go. It is almost impossible to get through, even to their recorded answering message, with many times dialing in repeatedly and getting a busy signal for an hour or more.They book appointments for each provider every 15 minutes. No one is EVER on time. I once had the first appointment of the morning and still sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes and then in the exam room for another twenty before being seen. When I brought this to the doctor's attention, he made excuses. That was over a year ago. Since then, I've been deferred to other providers when making an appointment, and when Phil sees me in passing, he avoids eye contact. In addition to that, it took over four months for me to get the proper dosage of a medication, because it was repeatedly entered improperly into my chart. The medical assistants and most of the office staff are wonderful, caring and helpful. But there are one or two who will out right yell at you if disagree or have the nerve to mention or the inability to get through on the telephone. The PAs are amazing and truly care as well. But the fact remains that they have far more patients than they can handle and it's more of a business than a health care center. Keep in mind that Phillip A. Mongelluzo, Jr. has made himself an LLC, and he is continuoisly getting himvolved with some new "business" (selling greeting cards, opening a weight loss center, flipping houses, etc.). The sad part is, I stay. It's close to my house and I have no idea where to start in finding a new doctor

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No. It took me several times to get through.
