I am an Individual with disabilities and the office staff turned me away for a very serious health matter because I was 5 minutes late past there policy of 15 minute window the receptionist is very rude and tries to belittle people. She made me feel useless as I don't already feel that way to begin with.
I just do not understand how a dr. could deny or allow his office team to deny someone care because they have to rely on someone else for transportation. It not fair it takes me a little longer to get inside the building as well because I utilize a wheelchair.
The office took me on as a new patient in understanding of my circumstances "having a disability" when they did- now there is no understanding for us individuals with disabilities they spoke to my transportation as if they were the reason I was late when in fact it was me but they didn't even bother to speak to me because they just assumed I'm an invalid and cannot understand what is going on.
All I can say is do not be late for an appointment or miss an appointment
Because they don't care if you are disabled or not you will not be seen and they could care less if you died even 1 minute past the 15 minute window rule that is enforced by the rude receptionist who has no compassion for life could cost you yours.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The only thing that bothered me was i had been a patient of theirs previously at a different location and they didnt have any record of it, nor were they willing to schedule me with my doctor. I was made to schedule an appt with a nurse practitioner. Overall she was just as nice and i felt just as comfortable.
