I think Dr. Friedman is great. He gives a digital chest x-ray with each yearly physical, which is very low radiation, and I think is very important. He is caring and he listens. The front office is a bit of a nightmare. One woman announces how much you owe, literally yelling it, as you walk in the door. I almost walked out for the way that she treated one older man. Some of the woman up front have to go!
