One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr Friedman put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited, and the cleanest which is big for me! I would refer everyone I know here. Dr. Friedman is someone I can truly trust.

Their office has always been pleasent and very professional. It is a busy practice, but even at time of emergencies, I've never experienced an unreasonable wait. I've been a patient of theirs for years and never once have I witness anything but kindness and empathy to any person coming in the door, now matter the situation. They share their waiting room with a podiatrist and a well known chiropractor so at times, it looks crowed, but they go to great lengths to make sure their patients are not waiting more than 20-30 minutes.
In these times of governmental cuts to their revenue, it's admirable that Dr Friedman and his staff take the necessary time to really listen. They get to know you and treat you as a real person.
