He is an amazing doctor no matter what anyone says he knows medicine better than anyone that is why he has won all the awards he has. I would rather have a doctor who is not the warmest but knows his medicine inside and out.

The office was easy enough to find. Dr Epstein, while he introduces himself in a polite conservative manner, becomes during the assessment/ physical exam, one of the most disconnected, arrogant ,rude, condescending physicians I have ever been exposed to in my long medical career .I was brought to tears by his judgemental, cold attitude as I revealed a very difficult family situation I was dealing with. Yes, I believe he knows his medicine, but put on your armour if you want to deal with his personality disorder!.

Dr Epstein is the WORST. Rude. Arrogant. He either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though he had my information right in front of him, I kept trying to explain it to him and remind him why I was there...But he literally did not let me get a single word in. all he did was lecture and speak over me. I've never witnessed anyone so unprofessional and downright nasty. He is an argumentative narcissist who has all the bedside manner of a rabid skunk. He truly does not care at all about his patients and had my records mixed up with someone else but wouldn't stop his lecturing long enough for me to say a single word to inform him of his blatant mistake. He is a mean incompetent awful person and I regret wasting an HOUR AND A HALF of my life waiting to be seen by such a horrific excuse for a doctor. A putrid vile personality and a total waste of time. I cannot think of anything more miserable than spending another minute in a room with this man.
