They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
