I have been seeing Dr. Kittay for over 10 years. I feel that they can always accommodate your needs for an appointment, and if you say it's urgent, they really try to see you within the next 3 days. More than a few times I was given appointments for next days, and once even for the same day I called! Yes, he IS overbooked. YES, wait time can be excruciating. Yes, he DOES have peculiar bedside manners, but he is not mean. He does like to give pamphlets. To make it short, I will stick with him because he is so available when I need him, while in other practices you may have to wait for weeks and months. Dr. Kittay is VERY qualified, you may want to know that he is a president of some dermatologist association in CT, and I trust him 100 %.

I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Kittay explained everything I needed to have done. He was glad to answer all of my questions, he has a lot of patience for a big chicken like me! He has a great bedside manner that puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable while having your procedure. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
