Don't be fooled by all the smiles at this dentist. They could not help me with my teeth because I needed a root canal and they do not do root canals. Afterwards though, THEY called me saying THEY called my insurance company and confirmed a cleaning would be covered. I was surprised but needed the cleaning so I went in for it. after reminding them again that I was laid off and could not afford any extra charges. They assured me and cleaned my teeth. My ins paid only $30 of $ 215. I told them I couldn't pay that but they were not willing to give me any break on the charges. I am making monthly payments as best as I can.

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
