My husband and I must give the Horizon Dental Concepts Staff a well deserved public "Thank You!" for going far beyond ever expected.

Last week, prior to my husband's dental appointment, an urgent medical care doctor had carelessly/mistakenly prescribed my husband a very dangerous medication without fully informing him of the possible dangers of using it (neither verbally or in hard copy). My husband, unknowingly, would later experience a very bad reaction to the urgent care medical doctor's prescription.

Later, during his dental appointment, he fell asleep. The Horizon's Dental Doctor and staff allowed him to rest a little while longer and then attempted to awaken him. With difficulty he was awakened, but his speech was slurry, body posture very weak/limp, uncoordinated and incoherent. The Horizon Dental Staff was very concerned about his inability to drive himself home. They attempted to contact me (his wife), but I was attending a funeral of a friend at that moment. They decided to take it upon themselves to allow one of their own staff to take my husband home personally. Shortly thereafter, I returned their call and they fully informed me of the matter. From home, I was then able to escort my husband to the hospital.

It is very likely that they may have prevented a car accident, injury or even death had they not prevented my husband from driving (he was not aware of his very unusual behavior).

Concerning our regular care at Horizon's Dental Concepts:

They are always very kind and attentive to my husband and me. We make appointments with ease, are reminded of them and have no problem canceling or rescheduling when needed.

We've never had to wait too long. As soon as we walk through the door, we are greeted by their friendly staff. We always feel welcome, appreciated and comfortable there.

As a military family, we've experienced an inumerable number of dentists and their staff, but we've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. May God bless the Horizon Dental Staff in all of their endeavors!

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

No, there weren't many to choose from

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

The folks at Horizons are super nice and very good at what they do. I've moved to the other side of town, within walking distance of several dentists, but I still keep driving to Madison because I love them. They obviously care very much about their patients; their service is excellent.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I left with a swollen jaw, when I asked if I could have something for pain, they denied giving me anyting and told me to take something over the counter. If I thought something over the counter would help I wouldnt have asked for something more. I felt RUSHED while in there, and they moved fast to get me out. i wasn't a patient that they could have established a long relationship with, but I was just money and a number. I would NOT go back
