If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

I was a patient at Healthy Smiles and I loved the staff and the facility UNTIL I learned that there were things being submitted to my insurance for visits that never occurred! When I initially learned of it I asked the doctor about it and she apologized and told me she'd take care of it, but was sure to tell me not to contact my insurance because she had it covered. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail because apparently my insurance didnt cover the claims so I contacted my insurance and when we went over my visits, there were 2 extra visits on there that never occurred and I was billed for a visit that was supposed to be a fix for work that was done incorrectly and didnt last by the dentist at Great Expressions. I was very unhappy and left this office.

I have been to many dentists in my lifetime, mostly covered on state aid, so you could say I have been to the worst of the worst. I am now in a position to pay cash for services and pick and choose who I see. I went to Healthy Smiles, PC and must say the care there is sub standard. The prices are higher than most, so one would expect better care. I waited long times for my appointments (over 2 hours once). I was treated rudely by the back office staff (one in particular). I was mostly seen by the assistants for my after care for my dentures and other dental care. The dentist only sees patients in the mornings and not on Fridays. I would not recommend using Healthy Smiles to anyone in the Huntsville area.
