I originally went to this dentist because of proximity to work, and because of the reviews here. I must say, their office is very polite. They very politely charged me $45 for a cancellation fee even after I explained that my work situation for the US Government does not always allow me to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation, nor was I too happy about returning to his office after the work he had performed previously. So, in agreement with all the reviews, he is very polite and has good chairside manner... but I went in in severe pain, and I'm still chewing on one side of my mouth. I'm no dentist, but I've had 2 crowns done for the same type of problem I'm having (on other teeth) and that FIXED it for good. All Dr. Hall wanted to do was refill the old filling and seemed to keep pushing off the discussion of a crown as perhaps being unnecessary and if one was needed, he recommended doing an implant but would refer me to someone else for that! He was, however, willing to refill other cavity fillings (that were giving me no problems). I couldn't wait to get out of the chair of this inept excuse for a dentist. I have no confidence that this dentist knows much more than simple dentistry. So, with the lack of him fixing my problem, and the lack of his office staff wanting to work with me on the cancellation fee, I cannot recommend this dentist, and the cancellation fee he will be receiving from me will be the last money he ever receives from me, my family, or from anyone I can influence. Merry Christmas.
They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
