Everytime I bring my son into Dr Chambliss's office, we always feel right at home. My son used to be so scared of the dentist (we had a bad expereince with our previous dentist) and Dr. Chambliss comforts him in a child like manner that he will be okay! Their staff is very sweet and have always been able to answer any quetsion I may have, big or small. My son also had a small procedure done, & they even called to check on him once we got home. We will always continue to see Dr. Chambliss & his wonderful staff!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Most importantly, my children are put at ease and are ready to keep up with their brushing and flossing at home because of Dr. Todd and all the staff. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Chambliss and his staff are great! My daughter has been going to him since she was two years old, and she loves him and his staff! They never try to offer services that aren't needed and they always go above and beyond to help you! Dr. Todd even called us at home to check on my daughter after she had some major dental work done recently. I can't say enough good things about this dental office!

I drove an hour to take my girls to Dr. Chambliss. They loved him. We had 2 experiences with OTHER dentists that was terrible, I can't say enough great things about him and his staff. He really takes his time with your kids and you certainly don't feel like a number or that you're trying to be upsaled on a bunch of things that aren't necessary. His staff has been with him for a long time and I think that really says something about the environment. Fantastic, would give him 10 stars!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

My girls absolutely love Dr Chambliss and his staff. My 4 year old is always asking me if it's time to go back to the dentist. We've had 2 terrible experiences with other dentists and I wasn't sure a doctor as wonderful as Dr Chambliss existed. We are moving to Florida, but have family here. If my insurance allows me, I will continue to use Dr Chambliss and plan their appointments in the summer and Christmas. I live in Mobile and Dr Chambliss is across the bay, but well worth the drive. He's extremely personable and patient. My girls don't usually like men, but Dr Chambliss is an exception. His office manager has been there for a very long time and is super sweet, I think that says a lot about an office. I would never feel my children are being treated unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
