This office helped me out big time. I got a broke molar on my bottom jaw. I couldn't eat, and it was a couple days before Christmas. They took care of it with a temporary crown. I get the real one in another week. This one feels great.
Real good service. Nice place.

Helped me out on a weekend. Great job, bit of a wait. Good experience. Really big new office, on 4th Ave South. So glad they are open 7 days a week. Would def go back.

I currently use Birmingham Family Dental Services and They are GREAT!! They filed my insurance promptly so I would know in advance what my out of pocket expense would be.As for your wife waiting outside They have a small waiting area and a much larger patient care area for patience convience.Why didn`t your wife simply wait right NEXT DOOR at Rocky`s?
Maybe I am confused and we are referring to two different Practice`s

I have read other review about this facility that are similar to mine. As it happened to me...this company is not filing their Insurance Claims in a timely manner. Then they are not informing the customer of any remaining balance left on the account until months after. They did not inform me of any balance left on my account until five months after my procedure. Two weeks later (after I even sent them a payment which I did not think I owed due to insurance) they sent my file to their Lawyer, who filed a suite against me shortly after. I am now having to pay them $300.00 over what my procedure cost! They have done this to many other! They are making extra money for themselves and their lawyer.

They also have the rudest staff I have ever seen. Their head office manager Pat is far from professional. They even made my wife sit outside during my procedure when their lobby because too full. She had to give up her seat to another because she was merely waiting for me. She went and sat outside on the concrete! No benches are available outside and they didn't even bring out extra chairs. I was rather upset when I came out of my procedure in pain to have to go outside to find my wife in the hot sun on the floor!! Mind you there is no restaurant or anything next door to go and have a seat.

I hope no one else gets abused by them the way that a few of us have.
