Normal dentistry is fine, but I had to have a partial done on two different sides of mouth. It took a lot of time to get one of them to fit and the other one never did fit and they didn't offer to redo sine it obviously did not fit at all. Wasted money..

I loved my dentist, Dr. Adam Graham, but after we moved from Alabama, only the mail from this office was not forwarded, apparently, as we received other mail and then finally this week received a forwarded letter from the collection agency. You see, I had a crown to break after only four years and had it repaired by the dentist who put in the original crown. Insurance rejected the claim (less than 10 years) and an appeal was made. I was never notified the result of the appeal or that I owed the clinic any money until 9 months later (yesterday) when a letter just happened to get forwarded from a collection agency. Everybody is blaming the post office because "they did everything they were supposed to do." Like we didn't? How does one pay a debt they do not know they have? So it's my fault and my credit takes a hit.

My dentist was great - don't count on the office personnel to be helpful or understanding. Oh - I never had a bill from them that I did not pay in full until now; that's because I was always notified if I owed them something after the insurance. I agreed to pay the bill because it is a legitimate charge. All I asked of them was to notify the credit agency of the situation and misunderstanding. Sharron told me no, that they had done what they were supposed to do and I could take it up with the collection agency. No responsibility accepted or willingness to help us explain the situation.

Very disappointed at the end of what had been an excellent relationship with a good dentist, but there are other good dentist. I would never go back because of the attitude and arrogance of the office personnel.
