I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.
